Privacy

This website is designed to collect as little information as practical. It does not use advertising trackers, customer accounts, or an onsite shopping cart.

Hosting information

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and time of access, to operate, secure, and diagnose the service. Manualist Press does not use that information to build advertising profiles.

Contact

No contact-form provider is currently configured. If you choose to email us, your email provider and ours will process the address, message, and any information you include so that we can respond. Do not send sensitive personal information.

Newsletter

No newsletter signup is currently enabled. Before the form becomes public, this policy will name the provider and explain how it handles each subscriber's email address.

Novena reminders

Novena reminders are not currently enabled. When this feature becomes available, this policy will explain the email, time-zone, enrollment, attribution, delivery-provider, retention, and management-link practices before signup is enabled.

Calendar downloads

Calendar files are generated in your browser from the dates and options you choose. The site does not require an account or store a download-access record in your browser.

External retailer links

Book pages may link to Amazon or another retailer. Following an external link takes you to that retailer’s site and privacy practices. Manualist Press does not currently use an Amazon affiliate tag.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Because no consent-requiring tracking is enabled, no cookie banner is shown.

The site also records aggregate usage events in its own database: which resource or book page was viewed, which tool was used, and whether a retailer link was followed, together with the campaign fields described below and a coarse device category. These records contain no name, email address, account, or persistent identifier, set no cookie, and are used only to see which pages and outreach efforts lead readers to the books.

Attribution storage and retention

When a tracked link is used, the site keeps only approved campaign fields and opaque outreach IDs in browser session storage so later actions in the same visit can be attributed. It does not store the full query string or referrer path, and the stored context expires within 24 hours or when the browser session ends. Newsletter and reminder email addresses remain in their delivery systems and are not added to analytics events. Operational redirect logs and analytics exports should be retained only as long as needed for aggregate reporting and security review, then deleted or aggregated.
